Roger is a seasoned executive with an extensive background in sales, marketing and corporate management. Before entering the world of real estate, Roger was an international marketing manager for a Fortune 100 Company and has lived and worked abroad. For eleven years, he was president and CEO of a plastics manufacturing company located in North San Diego County. Roger is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island and has done graduate studies at the University of Notre Dame and Penn State.  He lives with his wife and family in Carlsbad, California.
